  It's disappointing to have my check rejected when deposited through their online banking system due to the "back office" thinking my check from Washington State is fraudulent. I should've switched banks a long time ago.

  They were very rude and dismissive when the atm wouldn't return my card. I was trying to deposit money into the atm.

  Love this bank, Cindy the manager is very involved in the community and takes pride in her branch! I would recommend my friends and family to this bank!

  3 paychecks in on my account and after withdrawing $200 cash yesterday they decided to put a 5 day hold on the ramaining balance and I'm out of diapers and gas, what a joke this bank is.

  They screwed up my phone payment by returning it because of insufficient funds when i know i had the money the phone company said it was processed which they would only do if i had the funds
