  If you are looking for an extended, slow, and uncoordinated process then this bank would be for you. I have gone through various finance processes with several banks and I have never seen such an unclear document request process and experienced such slow response times.

  Every single time I call or go into this location I am treated like they've known me for ages. Always ready to help and always ready to make sure my banking needs are met and providing the information I need. The person below my review I am posting put a bogus review and they can't spell so I wouldn't listen to that. Anyone who would like to go to Infinity FCU, please bring your business there and feel the change from large corporate banking to trustworthy people.

  I kindly came into this location to simply exchange a torn $5 bill in witch was totally exceptable to echange for a new bill. They treated me like i was someone beneath them and i had call prior to coming in and spoke to a lady named molly from the contact center who said "as long as i have 50% of the bill with the serial number on it".The branch manager, Jahnna Steindl didnt know the policy and told me if i do t leave she will call the police! Witch she did in fact and i wasnt being hostile. Anyway i was lucky cPort banking was 50 ft away. They easily exchanged if for me with out a problem and they told me the same thing that as long as u have 50% of the bill with the serial number on it ur good. This could have been handled in a more professional way and i will never go back there. Thank you.

  Would not recommend… AT ALL. The customer service provided felt fake, the loan representative was not helpful and continued to find excuse after excuse for why they were unable to assist me. Would not recommend if you are looking for genuine service.
