  Jim worked with me on a refinance and the process was very smooth. He was very informative and answered all my questions quickly. I have worked with Jim on a few real estate and loan processes and have recommended him to friends and family for their mortgage needs. Jim has been in the field for many years. Jim works hard to make the process easy and is very knowledgeable in the field which is why I will always use Jim for all my mortgage needs and recommend him to everyone I know that is looking into a new home purchase or refinance.

  Working with Jim was a wonderful experience. Do to a change of Circumstances I had to refinance my home, this being the first time I’ve ever had to do this on my own was very stressful and intimidating. I reached out to Jim Frechette and after speaking with him immediately felt less stress. Jim walk me through the entire process help me gather everything I needed, set everything up for me and it was done in a very timely manner. In my opinion Jim is not just a professional person who is very passionate about his job but he was very caring and extremely easy to work with.

  Best mortgage broker I have worked with! Saved us a ton with a super low rate! Way less than the bank was offering! Smooth and quick process too. He also showed us way more options for financing then our local bank which I wont name.
