  Friendly staff but the setup makes zero sense. You have people doing 30 mins worth of banking at the drive-thru window, and the ATM is in the same line as the window, so there's always a line and a long, long wait- So much so that people literally park in line, get out, and walk up to the ATM. Absolutely ridiculous. It'd really be nice if they encouraged people to go inside when they have 10+ minutes of transactions to do, instead of going to the drive-thru. Also, move the ATM!!!

  Americans struggle everyday to get a small business loan with all necessary documents but this bank is providing no credit, no doc loans to immigrants only. Crazy world we live in.

  cPort we all have jobs where we stay an extra mile for customers (Forest Avenue). I know it’s a Monday 02/07/2022. Please remember that day. Arriving at the bank while there are a lot of cars in front of me. Patiently waiting. Getting at the driver through window and getting the windows closed right at me is very rude and UNPROFESSIONAL.

  They have shady system and messy stuff that never got back to me after being charged interest incorrectly I’ve tried to reach the branch manager and she didn’t respond

  47 minutes just to deposit check guy’s there don’t have Experience

  This bank is horrible at record keeping, they constantly enter basic information wrong and make it impossible to use them like a real bank. I use them for business banking with a marijuana company I own and it’s miserable. Everyone in the cannabis community jokes about how anyone with a large enough vault can apparently call themselves a bank these days. The moment another bank will take cannabis money we will close our account, and OF COURSE I don’t have a personal account at this hell hole

  Good bank Good service, free coffee and ice cream, but that does not make up for the 6 people waiting in line 80% of the time, never having the bank fully staffed at the counters, and the fact that you have to stand in the line of cars outside to use the ATM.

  After 3 weeks of miserable car shopping/dealerships the staff at cport saved me! I was just about to get my bike out of storage. Would recommend getting an auto loan here to anyone!
