  Just dropped by this weekend and immediately was welcomed by friendly staff! Told them what I wanted. They worked and fought for me and got me a great deal on an awesome car. Couldnt ask for more, I highly recommend this dealership!

  Been using Infiniti of Charlotte since we moved here in July of 2011. Service has been outstanding every time we have visited the dealership.   Whomever serviced my car took it through the washer and broke my bumper piece off. I did tell Brandon/Brian whatever his name is and all he said is I’ll look for it in the bay, REALLY Infiniti!! I need my car fixed. I had it when I arrived and he seemed not to have cared at all.

  Couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. Tamer had my car waiting for me ready to go in the exact color and model I wanted at a fantastic price. I was in and out of the dealer in no time. They really take care of you and do not try to scam or pressure you into buying something. Don't go to any other INFINITI dealer!

  My Wife and I drove from Raleigh with the intentions of purchasing a particular vehicle. We arrived on the lot without an appointment to test drive the car. Upon arrival we were greeted by Ken Mason (Sales Consultant). Ken took us for an unpressured test drive to get familiar with the car. Wife loved the car and the quick service offered to us. Ken went above and beyond to make our experience at Infiniti Of Charlotte a very pleasant one. The no hassle pricing worked out great for us too.   Great car buying experience! They move along quickly and don't keep you there for hours on end. Also, only had to deal with one person throughout the whole process - Bravo to Infiniti of Charlotte!!

  By far the best experience I have had while purchasing a car. I worked with Sam Tadros & Greg(sales manager). Both of them were amazing & easy to deal with. They were upfront, honest and did not push me into a decision, which were some qualities that were missing from previous purchases at other dealerships. I can actually say the whole process was fun from the initial introduction, to the two test drives, to enjoying grilled hotdogs on a beautiful Saturday, to talking figures, etc. Thank you Sam & Greg for making our day....

  This was the worst experience I have ever had at any dealership . I have had several luxury cars from Acura, BMW, and Infiniti.I must say the service department has gone down hill. I took them 2 weeks to fix a leak on my car should have taken a day. They returned my car filthy and smelling after promising to have it detailed . To make matters worse, the first rain we had it leaked again. When the car was finally fixed it was supposed to be detailed once again, this did NOT happen. The communication was terrible and so was the customer service ! I won’t be back.

  I can't tell you enough how well taken care of I was by Bobby Komisarski and Mike the new service manager. I bought a used Infiniti from another dealership. These gentlemen squeezed me in for a quick look over of my potential future car and told me everything I should be concerned with. I then bought the car, and took it to Infiniti for service on the items that they noted. I dropped the car off in the morning, I was updated throughout the day on the progress, I received a very detailed overview of the work that was done, and then drove away at a very reasonable price for the repairs. I highly recommend any Infiniti owner to visit team Infiniti of Charlotte to get any issues taken care of and an education on what is wrong with your vehicle. Thank you so much Mike and Bobby.

  Can't say enough about my sales person, Peter. He was very patient during my buying experience and was always responsive to any questions I had. He's been great about checking in on me even after my purchase to see if I had questions or needed help with the cars plethra of features! Glad he's part of the Charlotte Infiniti's sales team!!
