  Jon Babb did a great job! I haven't financed anything in 20+ years. He clearly explained the whole process, found the numbers that worked best for our situation, and I knew exactly what information he needed from me by when during the whole journey. Smooth as glass and even closed earlier than i originally expected. Highly recommend.

  Jon Babb is the man you want on your team when closing on a home. He is very dedicated to his clients. I was in a horrible motorcycle accident only 14 days before my closing date. I was unable to move without extreme pain and was unable to drive to deliver paperwork to him for underwriting. He came to me to pick up the paperwork to help me out and ensure that there were no delays in closing. He is an outstanding person, compassionate and professional; but not at the cost of being personal/friendly. I am approaching the 1 year mark as a homeowner - everything worked out wonderfully thanks to Jon Babb (and Bobby Klein with Freehold Realty)! I highly recommend them - very trustworthy. 5 STARS!!! (10 STARS if that was a thing!) THANK YOU Jon Babb (and MiMutual) for how much you went out of your way to help me close on time!
