  It’s the question everyone wants to know: What house can I actually afford? This is what I initially called Mike to ask, and he promptly followed up with a phone call to ask questions and lay out all our options in a clear, concise way. For someone who doesn’t understand numbers, he somehow made it all make sense! From there, Mike was a dream come true when it came time to close on a home we fell in love with. Because of Mike’s diligence and knowledge about different loan programs, he was able to get us from our contract to the closing table in just 21 days – nothing short of a miracle. When you are in the process of getting a mortgage, everything is confusing for an average person and Mike is always available and responsive to answer questions for his clients and guide them through the process, without making them feel dumb for not knowing the answer.
