  My bank sent me to credit firm back in November when she pulled my credit and I wasn't qualified for a mortgage. My scores have gone up and I am now pre-approved. I'm thankful that I got my rate locked in before the interest rates go up next month and I'm thankful for the work that credit firm did to help me with my credit.

  Woke up this morning to a notification from Credit Karma saying that my score went up. Checked the app and my Transition score went from 612 to 708! Great job creditfirm.net!

  I've been a customer for about 3 months. The process started a little slow but I just had 8 accounts deleted from my reports this morning. I checked my credit karma and both my scores went up and are both over 700 now. I used Lexington Law before credit firm and lexington was disputing 2 accounts at a time and not getting anything removed. Credit firm is cheaper than lexington but most importantly they actually got stuff deleted.

  My expectations were low going in. I have used other credit repair services before. I spend a year watching Lexington Law dispute 2 accounts at a time with nothing to show for it. THIS IS ON A WHOLE NOTHER LEVEL! One month in and I'm already starting to see accounts comin off. It works

  Not resposive at all, no messages, no emails no calls, nothing has been done for my repair. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company. 7/01/2021 Update I signed up in april still charging my card. I have called my bank and stop the charges

  I injured my credit years ago and never worked on repairing it. Using credit firm has increased my scores. Highly recommend.

  No one ever calls you back or responds to emails. But they take their money on time. It’s awful they haven’t done much for me or my husband. I have removed a lot on my own. I don’t think this is a real company

  Poor quality virtual receptionist received my call and there was no one to talk to regarding my issue. I am trying to give you a business and you have no one to receive my call? How many people work at your company?

  Hello Atampreet, The receptionist you spoke to isn't virtual, she's a real human being and her name is Kimberly. Unfortunately, all of our credit consultants were busy with other clients when you called so we asked for your contact information so we could have one of them return your call. We're a small business with 18 employees who take as much time and care with our clients as necessary.
