  Best car buying experience ever! John and his team were amazing. No high pressure sales. They listened to me. Excellent inventory and range of vehicles available. They inspect them first. I found the perfect vehicle for me at a decent price with excellent terms and financing. This is my fifth Subaru; I bought my first one in the late 1970s. I plan to drive this one 'til I'm so old they take my driver's license away. I can't recommend Subarus and Indy Wholesale Direct more highly!

  Very disappointed!! Was going after a particular vehicle. I was called and texted to make sure I was coming, and when I arrived, the vehicle I wanted wasn't even available. The salesman who was different than the one I started with, tried to get me to buy a different vehicle, and much more expensive. Don't know if I'll ever go again after this experience!

  Mark Martinez, Daniel Hernandez, and finance manager John were great to work with and it was work because of my less than good credit rating, lower budget and payment needs, and wanting only a pickup truck. They never gave up and eventually it all paid off. The amazing part was during the first walk-through of their inventory it seemed hopeless to find a truck that would fit within our limitations, and only one seemed like a slim possibility. But as they were fighting to get us/me approved. I began to feel a little discouraged. They gave me encouragement, telling me that they were going to get it done so I decided to walk the inventory again. While walking through the inventory, I saw another truck that wasn't there earlier. I had to do a double-triple-take on it!!! It was like it just appeared out of nowhere and was exactly what would work perfectly for us/me. Then without even saying anything Daniel said that this was the only truck that they would be able to make work for us/me and that it had just been made available moments earlier. It was like that miracle that was meant to be. To wrap this up, not only was I was approved but well within my budget for the truck that I wanted and needed. I strongly recommend Mark, Daniel, and John for your vehicle purchases. Give them the chance and the time to work a miracle for you too!!!!

  My sales person was AARON, JOHN ALSO HELPED. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY, LET ME AND MY FIANCE TEST DRIVE IT, AND HAVE GAS. THANKS GUYS. Fast forward I knew the vehicle needed wheel bearings, BUT DIDN'T KNOW THE VEHICLE HAS OIL LEAKS. I CAME OUT OF MY POCKET TO PAY BASICALLY AN EXTRA 1000.00 FOR REPAIRS. 🤬🤬🤬 People if you can take your time to bring a mechanic, or take the vehicle to get thoroughly checked don't get it. HERE'S PROOF WHERE MY MECHANIC TOLD ME WHAT WAS NEEDED.

  Called on Friday for approval for a truck. Was confirmed yesterday as approved, everything was good to go. They ran a hard credit check, and then after telling me everything was good to go, the truck was sold out from under me. I understand they need to sell vehicles, but why waste my time, pull a hard credit check, only to sell it out from under me when I was making arrangements to be on the way. Waste of time, and lack of communication.
