      The staff at this branch are always on point with any questions or concerns I have regarding my accounts! I have stayed with Huntington over the years because of the PEOPLE at this branch. They are always so friendly and ready to continue our previous conversations!       I'd give negative stars if I could. Horrible! Please don't waste your time. I have a small biz account. It has been impossible to get access online. Despite NUMEROUS assurances and personal visits, they make promises and things are still messed up. I am closing this account but am so disgusted that I don't want to talk to the biz rep. Will go to another branch to close my account so I don't have to deal with such imcompetance. Simple banking is a HUGE challenge for them. Unreal. The WORST is that I was set up for a credit card WITHOUT my approval. I reported it to corporate...still nothing. This is FRAUD! Run and find another bank. You have no idea how bad this one is!
