  I love this place!! Everyone is just super nice, professional and amazingly helpful .. I have dealt with Wesley multiple times and every time he goes above and beyond and would tell me everything I need to know about the product im purchasing. There is no other place that I would trust to buy my electronics from. Thank you all for always making my experience easy and delightful.

  Terrible service today. The guy that was helping barely said anything so I didn't know what he wanted from me such as my ID. Then he just walked away without saying anything and I couldn't tell if we were done with our transaction. Customer service has gone down since the last time I went. Reply to Owner, I can't tell you his mane because he never introduced himself or wore a name tag. He was a heavy set black man that's all I can tell you. Not sure if I am willing to go back since the customer service wasn't good.

  This place is a JOKE! We took my old engagement ring here to pawn. The lady said how nice of a ring was, but only offered $75. This is a 3K ring!! We instantly laughed and walked out. We went to another Pawn shop in Greenwood, that offered us $400. I would NOT trust this place!! The other Pawn shop we went to said this place was trying to rob us for the ring. Go somewhere else!

  I hate how I always go to the tools section and there’s always someone behind me looking what I’m doing thinking I’m going to steal. Makes me not want to shop

  I’m sorry we made you feel uncomfortable in our store We have a staff member that works exclusively in that small room keeping it organized and to help customers. I will talk with the associate to make sure he doesn’t hover over people

  I really like coming here, Eric and his people are great people to deal with for sure! like any company in order to stay in business you have to make money, that being said i get the most cash loans here for my merchandise as i do anywhere. These guys are all around good people and hve turned into grate friends. A great place get a loan or shop for really good merchandise and they stand behind it as well. I dont have any reason to go anyplace els nor would i want to. Its more like going over to a friends than going to a pawn shop. Youll see!

  Very rude and passive aggressive and acted very dumb and didn’t know how to do their job!!😬 Also acted liked they have never touched a electronic and processed to mess up my electronic with water. definitely don’t recommend!

  Failed secret shopper call put me on hold twice never answered when I called back they purposely didn't answer called over 10 times

  We have been experiencing problems with our phones for over a month now and cannot get anyone that seems to know why the caller cannot be best we know you can hear us but we cannot hear you. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  They are very rude and disrespectful!!! The customer service is horrible. The girls that work their have the nastiest attitudes and if you ask for help they are very rude I wouldn’t spend a dollar there.
