My wife and I separated over 2 weeks ago and yesterday afternoon I received a voicemail from a banker here telling me there is an issue with my account. I returned the call, he was busy, called back again he was gone for the day. I called several times again this morning/afternoon and was repeatedly told by the employee answering that he was busy with other people, a message to call me back was being given to him, and they weren't sure why he hadn't called me back yet. They told me they would pop into his office to remind him after I explained the situation I am going through, and still NO phone call back on the 2nd day with Monday being a holiday. With the majority of PNC branches in the Indianapolis area going "cashless" combined with their customer service, take your business elsewhere! Everything is essentially ran through their online banking app and call centers now so if you need actual help, assistance, or even your OWN MONEY out of your account good luck to you.

This bank is usually good, with friendly staff. However, I went in a couple of days ago to get a statement printout, and received only 1 page. The top of the page clearly said 1 of 5. When I asked about it, the teller told me there was only one page, because everyone uses the printer. I needed the statement for a home loan, and the lender asked me where the rest of the pages were. So, I went back, and before I could get my question completely out, she again told me there was only 1 page because the printer is used by everyone in the building. I ended up finding the statement online. Unsurprisingly, there were 5 pages. This lady is rude, as well as ignorant.

I understand these are always personal experiences and everyone has a different experience. I have been a long time customer with Pnc. However this branch experience has definitely traumatized me. They have racially profiled me 2 times. Asking me where my money is coming from as well as declining to cash a money order once just because and sending me to Kroger whose system was down forcing me to drive around the city. I would understand if these were common business practices however they are not.

If they don't have enough help here they need to start hiring some people but this was even before covid so don't use that as an excuse. Help out your staff and get some more help. Guess what Friday's are busy so staff accordingly.

I had to call this PNC branch just now for assistance and the lady that spoke with me (Meredith) was great! She was very professional and friendly and extra helpful. When we go places that other people also go to, there are going to be lines and wait times. People having to do business is not a quick and fast operation, especially when you also have to deal with computers. We all need to learn patience and be thankful that we can go to a bank where we can have our money. Not everyone does. We all make mistakes and we need to give people who try to serve us a break. None of us do our jobs perfectly.

I have had a bad experience every time im at this Pnc. Unfortunately I work next to this Pnc so while at work I do have to use this bank. Specifically, Enanu is very rude and seems to be unable to help with any requests every time I’m at this location. Please find a better position for employees who have very bad people skills. On a positive note, there was a new representative that was able to actually help. If you come here avoid the teller Enanu AT ALL COSTS!!!

The wait in line was ridiculously long. I waited for at least 20 mins while one poor teller did her best to get through the people in line, as another teller took her sweet time counting money amongst what appeared to be other house keeping duties. Other employees stood around casually chatting instead of jumping into help. They appeared to be oblivious to the irritation of the waiting customers. Fortunately, when I finally got up to the counter the teller was very apologetic for the wait and very pleasant! Way to go madam teller, for the save!

This has to be the slowest PNC in Indianapolis. It wasn't always this way. Before they eliminated the glass in the drive through and installed the cameras, service was great. Unfortunately, Steve retired and his replacements couldn't care less about customer service. I can drive to the McCordsville branch and get back to Ft. Harrison faster than visiting this branch. Don't try to deposit a foreign check-it took 3 people 10 minutes to finally get it accomplished. Thanking me for my patience before and after a transaction does NOT excuse poor service.
