  Most of the time I am treated well but today I needed help with something very specific. I think if I were a 100 lbs lighter and prettier the man wouldn't have yelled at me. Or spoken so loudly. What you don't see is I am a Veteran. I am 100% disabled. It is very hard for me to be around a man especially one who is raising his voice. It is a trigger for me. I have PTSD.

  FCFCU used to be a great Federal Credit Union. It has since been restructured to transition away from a Federal to a State Chartered Credit Union. Shortly after the charter conversion they announced that all accounts will be transitioned to a fee-based system where they charge you for the privilege of them investing your money for their own benefit. As a 15-year loyal customer, I will be closing my account shortly

  It seems FCFCU goes out of its way to inconvenience customers. It looks for every opportunity to assess fees. $3.95 a month for a checking account? As soon as possible I am closing out my account and moving it to another institution. There is a clear decline in quality of service since they dropped their federal CU charter and became a state chartered CU.

  I have just read the negative reviews of the FCFCU on 56th St. I'm not sure how all of that happened because I have been with them since they opened and I have never had anything but courteous service. I would not stay with a facility that treated me the way some say they were but at this point in my life I would not consider moving what little I have from there. The fact that I am small pickings doesn't seem to affect the way I am treated either.

  Computers are slow but they're really not making it well known. Only 2 tellers inside, with their windows closed, and one had quite the attitude when telling the dozen customers waiting in line about the system being slow.

  Don't drive at all out of your way to use this ATM - It is functioning only about half of the time. It's on my usual route and I frequently feel like I've wasted too much time driving the 600 feet from 56th St to get to the machine only find it "temporarily unable to dispense cash". Again.

  I have been a member for many years. The employees are always friendly and really try to help . It seems that at times there are not enough tellers but they try to work as fast as they can and still be friendly and helpful.

  No complaints here! Great banking option. Helpful and easy to use app. Always very happy lovely people to do business with

  Terrible service. Too many fees too! Disputed 3 transactions months ago , card was canceled. Still haven’t received the proper service to resolve the issue! I will be removing myself from this bank Monday morning!

  Gone to drive through only, which is understandable. However, staffing is slow. Spend over half my hour lunch break waiting to make my car payment.
