  I had a completely PERFECT experience buying my first car here! Val helped me get an offer that was perfect for my budget and I got the car I wanted in amazing condition! Val was an awesome salesman who walked me through everything and even helped get me pricing lower than I expected. Toronto took his time to explain all of the financing details and helped me pick perfect financial and safety options that fit my budget. The entire staff was great and very fast and thorough. They really cared about my budget, safety, and condition of the vehicles. They gave my car an extra cleaning and it is a very family friendly dealership with caring staff. A huge very clean dealership with tons of hospitality, Val even gave my daughter and I snacks and a kids area where we waited and felt very happy and comfortable. I’m very pleased that I chose Indy auto man!! I couldn’t imagine if I had gone to any other dealership to purchase my first car. Thanks to Val and Toronto for the amazing service.

  A huge shout out to Jarrett Hill and all the folks at Indy Auto Man. We had a bit of a unique situation with our trade in and they completely took care of it and got us in a vehicle that we love.   Overall, I am very satisfied with my 2013 Tacoma bought from this dealer. The truck runs nice and has a pretty clean interior/exterior. My reason for the 3 stars is due to the service received at this dealer. I began speaking with a sales rep (Noe) that sent me some additional information about the truck. I noticed that there was a few things missing such as a seat adjuster knob and the tires were old and on getting on their last leg, to name a few. With those things considered, the sales rep gave me a bill of sale at full price with frustrating fees that dealers nickel and dime you with. I went back and forth with Noe about lowering the price and removing the fees but he insisted that they are required. I talked to the finance rep Toronto about this and he said the fee was optional, when Noe had said otherwise! I was done getting no where with this sales rep so I waited a few days and reached out to a different sales rep(Victor). He sent me additional photos of the flaws the truck had and got me a better price that I settled for! When I picked up the truck I noticed that the detailers had done a sloppy job wiping this dashboard grease on everything attempting to make it look nice, I had to wipe it down since everything was greasy. There was still grime in between the seats and just yesterday, as I was thoroughly cleaning, I found a moldy french fry under the driver seat. The detail department definitely could have done better. I also have replaced the engine air filter as that was grey when I pulled it out. I don't expect most things to be perfect with a used car but the dealer could do a much better job at prepping and cleaning their inventory.
