  I wish there was a zero star option. I joined this,”Bank” about a month ago and I have to be honest this bank has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Serveral things that were discussed with the branch manager before I opened the account were not done after I opened the account. For this I received a $36 overdraft fee because my account was negative $1.50 for less than an hour. Don’t bank here, you’ve been warned! Also, anytime you call the 1-800, for what ever problem they are having this week you will get a very rude customer service agent who asks,”What you want.” I’ll be looking for a new bank now.

  Very rude... tried talking over me on the phone multiple times and also was hung up on.... these people DO NOT care about there customers
