      I love this Credit Union. When the Indy dealerships denied my auto loan, they got me. When all my bills hit at the same time and i was unfortunately overdrawn, they understood, and appreciated my communication with patience. SHOUT OUT the Plainfield branch for being phenomenal.

      Every time I went in to deposit money the tellers made me feel like a criminal. Every time I wrote a check from our business to my wife for rent and went to deposit it into her IMCU account I got the third degree, "Do you have an account here?" Then they would go get a supervisor. Yes I do have an account, but I don't know why with the way I was treated.

      The staff went above and beyond to help me with my auto loan. Shannon is an Allstart! I was having a day where everything that could happen wrong, was happening, but she went out of her way to help me and put me at ease. I will recommend anyone looking for financial assistance to Shannon and IMCU crew.

      just refinanced my 20.5% car loan to 4.9% thanks to this cu! the woman I worked with went out of her way to help me and answered every question I had no matter how insignificant. this cu will approve multiple products they offer off of one credit pull. OUTSTANDING WOULD BE MY WORD they saved me 10,400$

      Very helpful and nice. And was okay with any minor inconvenience they may have gone through to handle me and my account. And answered all of my questions honestly, also respectfully.
