  I have been a Crane Credit Union member for 3 years now. The Customer Service there is always top notch. I appreciate the atmosphere at Crane Credit Union in Plainfield. Mark Nogelmeier has been great in getting a car, rv, and motorcycle loan at very competitive rates! If you are not happy with your current banking establishment, I would suggest checking out Crane Credit Union! My wife just switched over as well!!

  I worked with Mark Nogelmeyer to get a loan on an older used car (a 2010), after getting approved at 9% through the dealer. Mark and his awesome team at Crane got me approved at 5.85% for the same amount, saving me $40 a month! The whole process, from me arriving, to me leaving with a check in hand took maybe 40 minutes. If I have any more lending needs, I will definitely be back!

  We've been with this location for two years and have been treated like family since day one. Everyone is always helpful and courteous, and they have better rates than other banks or credit unions. We recommend them regularly.

  All of the associates (ALL OF THEM) at this location are just wonderful. They are super friendly and personable. I was dreading going into the branch to end my my account due to location (It certainly wasn't due to the service!). I plan to come visit the associates every now and then as I continue to work from Plainfield.

  Paid me very low interest on multiple CDs for several years, then started charging me fees on my savings account after I cashed in my CDs to build a home. I thought Credit Unions were supposed to be a LITTLE more user friendly than banks, but it turns out they'd rather have their $2/month than keep me as a customer.

  Worst credit union. I tried to deposit my daughters check into her account that I am on and they would not do it unless she was present. I explained to them she was out of town and needed her paycheck. I did not want to cash the check only wanted to deposit it into her account that I am also on. Still would not do it.
