  Very unprofessional branch manager. She opened an account for me in her office without wearing a mask and walked around the branch without a mask. Masks are mandatory at the government center. She also made very inappropriate comments to me. My bank no longer has a branch in the government center, so I wanted to open the account for convenience. However, after this experience, I think I'll opt to close the account and continue to walk to Chase bank on the circle.

  These people are first class everyone I have met at this location has been over the top with customer service. The branch manager Shannon Taylor is truly one of a kind she has went above and beyond the expectation of her job to help me with my financial needs. Shannon makes it feel like Chris’s credit union just for me!

  Fees... They charge a fee to have paper statements, they charge inactivity fees for storing your money in their credit union. I hadn't checked my statement in a while and racked up several months of inactivity fees. I asked if they could do anything about refunding ANY of these fees because I was not told they had these fees at the time of creating it. NOPE, not even a penny. Pitiful, they have more fees than most banks and wouldn't even try to work with me on this even though it was the first time anything like this had happened. UPDATED LATER: Upon calling the customer service line as recommended it was decided to refund about 60% of the inactivity fees so I upgraded my stars to 2.

  I work with this branch, the Washington street branch and the Castleton branch. I have received nothing that didn’t resemble a Class A service and found that they are always able to understand and advise to my banking needs. Special shout out to Daren and Shannon

  I love this credit union and I will travel to this branch even though I don’t work at the government center anymore.

  I will never again deal with this credit union. The customer service is horrible if you aren't on a first name basis with them. Extremely rude.

  I find the tellers at this branch to be very nice and professional. My husband will walk to this one rather than deal with the folks at the one closer to his office.
