  May 12 2022 I was Ask APR for auto loan. The lady Reply 2.74% and depend on me. Anything else? I was feel that “GET OUT”. Bad Bad Bad .

  The customer service is polite and I have never had a negative experience going into the bank. However, the online platform is severely lacking. They keep financial records on their net-teller for only 3-4 months before erasing your history. Further, they do not even store all of your past bank statements online- you have to request a paper copy to even get those records. If there is any chance that you are going to be audited, do not bank with IMCU.

  Hailey goes above and beyons for me plus so many others. The location is convinient because of proximity to my work, but Hailey & the rest of the staff make it the one I will go out of the way for.
