Edward Smith1After being a business customer for 23 years I will be moving my banking elsewhere. Customer service has never been their strong suit. However, when you leave a detailed voicemail message for your account manager, asking for a return call and never receive one, it’s time to leave. If a bank treats a customer of 23 years this way, how are they going to treat you?

Kevin D5I switched to Guaranty Bank after being with Wells Fargo for almost 17 years. I love this bank. They don't nickle and dime you on fees like the big banks do. I don't get a sales pitch every time I go in to use a teller or speak to a representative. I get true appreciation for my business. Friendly and efficient service. And most importantly of all, I get peace of mind knowing that I am banking with a company that is on solid ground, Guaranty Bank and Trust Company gets an A rating from the FDIC.

Mark Grantner1The ladies at the 1650 Pace St. are the rudest people I have ever met. Rhonda leads a team of people who act like you are bothering them by banking there. I am closing my account and would suggest that more people do the same. If you want people hanging up on you and acting like doing there job is a hassle to them then stay with Independent Bank/Guaranty Bank. Worst customer service I have ever seen and not just a one time thing. The ladies that work at this branch all need to work where they have no contact with customers. Yes you also Elizabeth. After talking with Rhonda watch out she teaches her team to lie to and about customers. Watch out for this branch.

Bob Larsen1If Guaranty Bank had 1/2 the service that was provided by Home State, that would be a good bank. I never get a real person when I call & so far about everything that use to be standard procedure with Home State has been screwed up by Guarantee. The employees are great, but obviously the senior management is totally incompetent.

Steve Stahlman2I went to Guarantee bank because of their free checking. That has been a good thing! But when I enter the bank I always feel like the employees do not trust me and they are not sincere in their greetings. I do not feel comfortable or welcome there.

Paul Downs5I am always greeted with friendly personel and the service is superior. And it's the only bank I know, with a bathroom available to use. :-)

Kelly Jorgenson5I have had great customer service at The Fox Creek branch.
