Jennifer Ellis1My card gets shut off by fraud detection every single time I try to use it. I either have to call for every purchase and ask permission to use my own money, or my card is shut off and I spend hours on the phone trying to get it turned back on. Life will be better when we're all using crypto and banks are obsolete. I hate this bank.

Ray Smith1Again, this bank is not open when it says it is open for business. Due to covid. Unprofessional and ridiculous that they have zero customer service support. Try and call and it's automated system takes round and round. Do not bank here. Used to be a good bank before the change over.

Desiree Cordova1Can I give no stars!!! With this whole change to independent Bank all it’s done is create a whole mess for my account. I haven’t been able to check my account for a week, neither cards worked for atm use through the weekend and now I have over draft fees. The bank teller didn’t not say anything about extra charges or charges that haven’t came out, so now after depositing any money in my account I can’t even use it. Such a horrible time. Looking for a new bank immediately!!!

Anon A. Miss1Card is randomly shut down for perfectly normal things I do on a fairly regular basis. If you depend on your card for emergencies, don't. They will screw you at the worst possible time. Promise.

Cassandra Gates1Liked it when it was Guaranty. Now that they switched to Independent it sucks! A $10/month service charge to have a savings account!! That's absolutely ridiculous. You will be better off finding a different bank. They're going to lose so much business!
