  I bought my car from a buy here pay here place and it seems they have sold my loan to these people..and its only been 1 week but i tried to pay my note on there online website but it keeps saying my account # is invalid and everytime ive tried to call to get it straightened out no one answers the phone..ITS ONLY BEEN 1 WEEK AND IM STARTING TO UNDERSTAND THESE OTHERS REVIEWS ALREADY!! 2 Years later I have to say nothing has changed!! These are the most incompetent people I have EVER DEALT WITH FROM MANAGEMENT ON DOWN

  Very rude supervisor and having the most trouble with employees needing to know more than what’s trained on. Have been dealing with a payment due date change for weeks now. It was supposedly “CHANGED” until the old payment come around and it’s now “PAST DUE” and now it can’t be changed until past due paid. And they are reporting a second auto loan on my credit I don’t even have and it’s reporting delinquent. LAW SUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN

  IDA has been great to me so far. I have had some issues with my car but they did not sell me the car. They bought the loan. They provide options when things happen, just be patient and respectful and I am sure they will come thru.

  I recommend NO STARS for this terrible Company. They prey on people that are trying to build credit. The Customer Service is the worst that I have seen. No one seems to understand the contracts and they can't answer questions. Mostly, they don't care what you are going through or the fact that we are in a Pandemic!!!!! These people should go out of business!

  IDA is the WORST ever. ANYONE my daughter has everrrr dealt with through this company has been RUDE. NUMBER ONE.. THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE.. & THENNNN They even tried to argue her up & down saying she missed a payment when she CLEARLY makes her payments faithfully. I would NEVERRR recommend them , not even to my worst enemy. Once her car gets paid off, she will NEVER EVER EVER make this MISTAKE again. DO NOT ... I REPEAT DO NOTTTTT GET YOURSELF INTO THIS.. you willlll regret it

  They're all in cohorts!!! IDA motors, IDA auto body, & IDA finance!!!!!! I bought a 07 Infiniti G35 in October 2016. No lie!!!! After the 1st month, the car wouldn't start one morning. I called IDA motors (Joey was manager then) he suggested to send it to IDA auto body (John). John has my car for over a month but couldn't tell me what was wrong with it BUT he didn't charge to look at my car. I picked my car and drove another 2 months before it wouldn't start again. I bought a new battery...thinking that would solve my problem & it did for a minute. 1 1/2 month later & research)Google) telling me to pull the radio fuse, it died again, mind you the radio fuse controls the radio & the AC unit. I had to jump start EVERY MORNING to drive the sleek vehicle. I called IDA motors & IDA auto body so they could look at my vehicle. I dropped the vehicle off once again. To their finding, I had already had the vehicle 30 days & there's no coverage & that the radio head unit needed to be replaced. $430/mthly car payment that (at first was paid on time but after the car continued to give me trouble & I couldn't get any assistance from IDA, I was still making payment but really wasn't feeling me giving them a car payment on time when my car is a lemon. So I returned their vehicle, Voluntary Surrender, One year and one month of having the car. So tired of not being able to enjoy my vehicle that I was financing. See ONE star is for the 2 representative who handled my account. You two did try & I know it wasn't you...#IDAbusiness

  I wouldn't go to to this company if it was last car dealership left to buy car at....... They have the worst people working for them in customer service.If u don't like your Job find another one. They are simply rude will not work with u at all. I understand working with customers been doing retail for over 18 years. I dread calling there or asking a question . Where did they find these people ?WE need to call the Better Business Bureau on them. To investigate seriously. TAKE WARING DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM

  Their website will not even pull up and no one ever answers the phones when you call in. I've been told several times that they are going to charge me for not having insurance. I simply leave a message with here is my insurance agents name & number call them. Then the charge goes away.

  NEVER get a loan from them. I totaled my car and they charged off my loan which is WRONG! I have never missed a payment and made every payment on time. There is no excuse for this! Now I have to contact Equifax and get this mess straightened out.

  Customers that got there cars from Key Auto a buy here pay here lost, we got our accts sold to them without our permission and now we get reported to credit. the whole reason for by here pay here is not to full with all that mess. Now we have all this interest and have to pay a fee to make our payments.
