      I used to love this bank and always worked with me but recently, they do not care about helping their customers and definitely arent willing to help. On the bright side this bank being such trash has helped me find much better banks to use so thanks I guess.

      This is the worst bank I have ever been to they are clueless and do not care about helping their customers/clients. The tellers are extremely rude and do not show any capability to do their jobs.

      Andy V. at the Big Rapids branch was AMAZING as our lender for our new home. We ran into a few snags along the way (1 house failing inspection, etc.) and he was right on top of things to make it all smooth and pleasant and not seem like the chore it usually is. Great person to work with and I highly recommend!
