  Terrible service, nasty customer service. I opened a account and they told me to drop off the paperwork and received no information about the account. You can't call the automated number and get any information on your account. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

  Forever will hate this pathetic excuse of a bank. Both my parents bought the house in 1995 but it was in my dad's name. For over 2 years, busted my rear end helping my mom keep the house. But this bank wouldn't want to help or work with us. They rather screw families out of their homes for more money.

  This bank legally stole my money, then called me my acct was overdrawn by their own acct fees. Not real Impressed, but at least the tellers were smiling and upbeat.

  Havé dealt with this bank for 15 years and they have always been helpful. Would recommend them for any banking needs.

  Found reasons to not help customers in branch. Felt more like a secretary of state than a bank. Dissatisfied to say the least.
