Fuzzybeanerizer3I wanted to buy a house in town. The loan officer (John Rasinowich?) basically told me "Just because you are an honorably discharged military veteran and already own one home and have lived as an independent, working, car-owning, car-driving adult from age 19 to age 46 all without borrowing a cent from anyone, doesn't mean you are a responsible person." I guess he was informing me of the reality of credit ratings in the banking industry, but I think he could have phrased it a little more tactfully. He literally said "...doesn't mean you are a responsible person" and suggested I get my DADDY to co-sign the loan! Cripes, at age 46! And I already had an HSA account at the bank for 2 years at that point. Thanks for nothing!

Married Widow5Their staff, especially Kyle, Anne, and Jodi, live up to this friendly bank's name. As a retired senior on a fixed income, their helpfulness has saved me annoying fees many other banks would charge me for services I need. Equally impressive is how this bank's owner shares their fresh farmed produce with customers and has treats in their lobbies.

dan ramthun1Slow, inept and unprofessional! Nearly 3 mos. for them trying to figure out a small refi on a vacation home. Through the ordeal they couldn't find and/or understand information I sent to them. Had to resend and explain and re-explain things to them multiple times. Had to sign, re-sign and re-sign again nearly all documents. Constantly changing their story on how things would work and what they needed, in the end, after they came up with excuses why they couldn't give me the small amount I wanted they finally just lied about it... a complete waste of time and effort! STAY AWAY!!!
