  Copper country ford is the only place I shop for vehicles. Their service is top notch and they work with you as quickly as they can to get you out the door with your new vehicle. I highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

  I had such a great and easy experience working with Copper Country Ford. Very quick and painless. They are personable and had me laughing the entire time. My front plate did not fit on the car, and they were so kind to order me a front plate mount so I can still use it! They also took the time to explain every detail of the vehicle, after they were closed since I couldn't get there earlier in the day. This is the best Customer Service I have experienced with purchasing a vehicle. I will never go anywhere else! I recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy/trade!

  Obscenely expensive to swap tires. I waited for nearly 2 hours as I saw at least 5 people arrive after me, get their cars back and leave before me.

  We are on vacation and needed an oil change. The crew here provided cheerful and excellent service including cleaning tree sap off the windshield. Thank You Copper Harbor Ford. If we are ever back in town you have our business!!!

  They helped me out when I was on vacation. I ended up having a 2nd issue likely related to the first (not their fault), they had a part in and squeezed me into the schedule so I could make it home. I was even allowed to use a car so I could make use of my day. Work was done correctly and price was on par.

  Did not inform of extra wrk until after done, didn't put on parts given, quotes/prices were not generally what said. Said they were going to give us a great deal on the recent wrk because we had just spent 9000.00 even though this wrk should of been already dealt with they gave us only a small % off so needless to say almost 11000.00 spent. With all that being said, they provided just with decent loaner cars and the staff was actually quite polite, helpful. Always room for improvement.

  No better customer service in the U.P.! My mother was up from Battle Creek visiting when her truck broke down in Houghton. Being late on a Saturday, the two gentleman working were incredibly helpful and kind with a promise to do their best to get it in as early as possible on Monday and it was! I would highly recommend as the staff was the friendliest, most down to earth and really worked quickly to get my mom back on the road!

  Great buying experience, drove from Negaunee and was well worth the drive. Was treated very well and process was also quick. They were willing to work with me unlike the local guys who had a take it or leave it attitude witch lost them a sale so I drove to Copper Country Ford the next Day and gave them the business and was very glad I did. The vehicle was even much better for a lower price. A++++ will definitely return for the next vehicle.

  I have a lot of confidence in CC Ford. Their parts and service staff are competent and courteous. This time I had to take my vehicle in with a check engine light on with something that required hunting down and they were able to figure out the problem quickly.

  I did not purchase my truck there, but they were excellent about a warranty claim. Thanks for being a friendly and accommodating dealership. Too bad all Ford dealerships aren't this good. I will be back.
