  I’ve been a member for many years and have always had great service. Getting a car loan was a simple process and they walked me through the entire process. I also really like the convenience of their mobile app—depositing checks is super quick and easy.

  I have been a loyal member of MTEFCU for over 10 years and cannot recommend them enough. I love that every time I call I get a local agent who is so willing to help. At this point we know our lender personally as she has helped us buy two vehicles, secure a personal loan, and guided us through the home buying process.

  We just moved to the area and joined the credit union. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. They also have a modernized online service which makes remote access much more convenient.

  Opened an account here 6 years ago and have had nothing but good experiences. No hidden fees with great customer service. Automatic payments have always been correct and on schedule, online banking is convenient and easy to use, and disputes are handled swiftly without resistance.

  I opened an account and made an initial deposit, but didn't use the account for about a year. Ended up almost $100 in the hole from fees somehow.
