  It took a 5 minute phone call to Leann at Incredible Bank to lock in a great rate for a 15 year refinance. One call and the rate was locked. Can't ask for any better service than that.

  Your "SAVE TIME AND APPLY ONLONE " STINKS! I was not asked for my confirmation code. It took me to numerous different sites. I had to find the IncredibleBank website. Then it took me to Elan credit card website. Something is wrong!!!! Lenny Drewsen

  I made an error on an endorsement of a rather large check that I wanted to deposit. I was afraid the check would have to be voided and reissued but Andrew and Robin at the Middleton bank solved the problem right away. What a relief that they could help with something I messed up! This will always be my bank of choice.
