  I find it quite sus that you removed my negative review for your bank. That's ok tho..my employer and many friends are all aware of what transpired last Saturday I'm your drive thru.

  I do not have an account there. I went there to cash a check drawn at this bank. They wanted to charge a $5 fee to cash a check with there name on it. What happened to Pay To The Order Of. My opinion this is robbery. I will never set foot in this bank again.

  I have P.O.A over my Korean Vet. father who is disable and they treated me like a common criminal. Ive been handling my fathers affairs for over 4 years SMH. Find a diff branch or bank.

  They wanted to charge me 5 dollars to cash a check because I wasn't a member. The check was issued to me from their bank! Just a way for them to make a buck!

Our second lane was available and it’s unfortunate that you weren’t in that open lane so we could have helped you faster. Spending any time waiting to do your banking can be frustrating. We have some options for your banking that we think may be a good fit for you. Our Wausau branch manager will give you a call to help find a better solution so this won’t happen again.
