  I have nothing but glowing recommendations for the service and results achieved at Improve Credit. I have been working with Wanda for close to seven months now, and have been unduly impressed by the settlements she has negotiated on my behalf, always working within the budget that I can afford. Wanda is an expert in her field, but also incredibly compassionate-- a kind listener, who passes no judgement-- she is there to help no matter what your particular situation and credit improvement goals. She checks in with me regularly by phone and email, and provides specific instructions each month for exactly what I need to do to attain my goals. I was blown away by the last settlement she was able to achieve for me-- saving me thousands of dollars and dozens of agonizing & frustrating hours with creditors.   Outstanding! Well worth the it. Credit history(scores) can be unforgiving, but Wanda developed a plan that improved my scores over 300 points in 30 days. Attentive and responsive she is a charismatic professional that is assisting me reach a personal goal of increasing my credit score.   I'm so grateful for Wanda and Improve Credit. Wanda recently negotiated with Ford Motor Company to have an lien taking off my credit report. Wanda is currently working to lower my student loans and I just signed up for Improve Credits monthly credit check program. This program informs you of any tampering of my credit . An addition Wanda will advise me monthly on what to do to increase and maintain a good credit score and more! You simply just can't get the individual attention and expertise Wanda and her team provides. I will always keep Wanda on my team, she's proven to be the best!

  When I started with the Improve Credit Consulting Firm, I was unsure how much they could help because my credit was really bad. I had built up a lot of debt over the years and didn't think I could get out of it. Once I started to go through their plan, they really helped me get my credit back on track. Within a short period of time I was able to get my score to where it needed to be to get a loan for my first home.   This is about how good it get. Wanda Strickfaden is not only a credit counselor, she is the Credit Mentor teaching you step by step. My credit score have improved a total of 252 points in a year and half. My credit score is 730. Believe me numbers don't lie. She will give you the tools and teach you how to use them for the betterment of your credit. So get ready for your mind to be train and your credit rehabilitated.   I was so discouraged about my credit scores that my lender denied me for my first time buying a home. I was not going to give up so I asked around. Improve Credit Consulting Firm was recommended to me by my lender. I found the process to work very well. Honestly it took 4 months and then I had my lender look up my scores, they were averaged at 760 and I started out at 541. Save yourself the time and sign up.

  Years ago I reached out to Wanda for help with repairing my credit. At that time I didn't use her service because I looked at it from only a cost perspective vs looking at the return on my investment. I decided to work on my credit myself- not a great idea. It’s time consuming, not knowing the industry made it difficult and frustrating. I signed up with a “national” company about one year ago. They represented themselves as a law firm that was supposed to go in and clean up my credit reports. They were not expensive and seemed to make sense at the time. As I worked with them and took detailed notes, I began to see conflicting information. In addition, their online dashboard looks great and doesn't tell the whole story. I needed REAL help and I wanted to deal with someone local- I reached back out to Wanda. She went through my credit reports; she identified damage that the “national” company actually caused to my credit reports. So much for them helping to improve my situation. Wand is a true professional, she is patient and knowledgeable. Credit can be overwhelming and confusing and it’s great to have Wanda on my side. There is so much info out there- so who do you believe and what do you believe? Wand put together a strategy that made sense and attacked the areas that were critical to address. She delivered the results that fixed my credit reports and will set me up for future financial success. I will continue to use Wanda for her annual credit health check.   Wanda is fantastic and so sweet! She raised my credit 77 points in less than 3 months! She stayed in contact with updates by phone and email. She is always available for questions and returns calls quickly. I finished her program and decided to stay in her monthly monitoring program because, she stays on top of it. I am also signing 2 other people up for her services as Christmas gifts! I can’t thank her enough.

  Wanda has fix my credit before so I can buy my first home. So before we could move on. I told her about a IRS issue I had. So she immediately told me she could work on that for me. And she great on that as well. She was quick and professional to deal with the IRS. She is great.
