  My wife and I were pre-approved for a home loan with the Immensity Group. We worked with Rodney Tolentino who helped explain the process and worked with us from beginning to end. We needed a lender who understood our finances, especially since I’m self employed. We were previously working with a credit union, but was running into a few challenges. Rodney was able to provide us with some loan options that better suited our situation. He went above and beyond! I would highly recommend Immensity Group if you’re looking to buy a home and need a loan.

  Rod Tolentino at Immensity Group was recommended to us by our broker and helped us secure a mortgage. Our experience with him was spectacular. This was my first and only mortgage, so I've got no frame of reference about to expect. We spoke to two lenders. The other banker was a bit standoffish, not super friendly, and didn't seem like he was all that excited about getting our business. Rod was warm, friendly, and eager to help. Rod worked closely with us and our broker to make sure that we'd have a competitive offer with a 21 day close. He was a pleasure to work with throughout, incredibly responsive, and always there when we needed help or had questions. Thank you so much!

  Hey if you are looking to refinance your home and need a broker you can trust, I would like to recommend John Daly. He did my refinance and was amazingly patient and quick to answer all my questions and concerns with a calm and caring attitude. I am terrible with numbers and paper work but John never made me feel like any on my concerns wernt worth his time. I am saving a ton on interest and have considerably lowered my monthly payment.   As a first-time homebuyer, I've talked to other lenders before finding Rodney at Immensity Group. The other lenders would tell me: "This is the amount you can afford" without explaining what goes into that decision. Rodney, on the other hand, told us exactly what affects our number, and how you could improve it and our credit. This was huge for us. I also loved that everything was done online. We didn't even have to leave our house. When I was working with a bank, they had me come in to the branch, make an appointment, print out my documents (like people have printers at home!), then come in again to sign something, and only at the end would they tell you what their fee is. Long story short: I didn't go with the bank. The whole process is transparent. You are not hit with an unexpected expense at the end, because you know what all of the fees are up-front. Rodney is prompt to respond, which is useful when you're putting in offers and need to show pre-approval letters left and right. Learn from my mistakes: save yourself a bunch of headache and a LOT of time and work with Rodney at Immensity from the beginning. I am definitely going back for our next purchase.

  If you are looking for a mortgage. Stop wasting your time and call John Daly at Immensity right away. I can't say enough about how attentive, honest, and just all around spectacular they were. After weeks of bait and switch rates with impersonal large companies, I was referred to John by a friend. Buying our first home was an intimidating & stressful process. Putting up your life savings can feel daunting. There wasn't one time day or night John & Alicia didn't answer our calls right away and answer every single question we had. They closed our loan super fast (17 days) even though it was during the Holidays. They got us an amazingly low rate with very very low fees(no hidden fees at the end) I could seriously write pages and pages about how amazing our experience was. I can't recommend them enough! 5 star
