  My wife and I were first time homebuyers who were having a very hard time finding a home loan being that we are business owners. Feeling hopeless, we thought we would never have a chance, but Imagination Age Mortgage gave us hope! We met Scott Little who really made us feel like he wanted our success, even when we felt like we needed to keep searching he never gave up on us! We are so very thankful that he didn't because our dreams came true and we are living in our dream home! We couldn't be more thankful!

  What a smooth experience. This was my first mortgage. Both Scott & Amanda were incredibly helpful and super knowledgeable. They truly exceeded my expectations and were quick to answer all my questions and concerns. The online portal/workflow for uploading documents and e-signing made it very convenient as well. I would definitely recommend IA Mortgage to anybody who is looking for new financing or re-financing.

  It was our pleasure and fun working with Scott, Amanda and Anna Marie going thru the entire home loaning process. They were very knowledgeable, professional, fun, easy to communicate with and were very helpful with their "open door" policy in terms of answering questions, further clarifying things to make it simplistic to comprehend, being patient and were very quick in their response. Overall, the closing process went very smoothly with no "hiccups" or surprises and Scott was able to get us the best rates possible based on our situation, so I would highly recommend IAM (Imagination Age Mortgage, Inc.) to anyone who's interested in pursuing either a home or a re-finance loan.   Scott and Amanda rock! They were super easy to work with as a first time home buyer. Very straightforward people with easy to use signing software, and will work the long hours. If you are motivated to close quick, they are just as motivated if not more and will fight to get you into your home quickly. I had a reverse mortgage on the house I was buying and they still got me into the home way quicker then the mortgage guy at the bank with a better interest rate. They honestly saved the day for me. Very impressed and can see myself using them again. Thanks guys!! You rock!

  Scott and Amanda are so easy to work with and great at what they do. Over the course of two years they graciously assisted us as we planned to build a house and then changed course to buy a home. We just closed today and I'm so grateful to them for putting up with us as we went back and forth and asked a million questions. The service is next level, and when things needed to happen fast, Scott got the docs I needed within the hour. They made sure we had the best loan possible and it shows. Even our agent at the title company was impressed with the loan package. This is real, personal service and it made what is normally a stressful and confusing process pretty darn chill.   Super easy process with secure uploading of documents! Scott and Amanda were knowageable quick to answer any questions my husband and I had! We got a great deal on the loan with low interest. The closing process was quick, we were able to refinance and have extra money to finish some projects! Completely satisfied!

  Huge lack of professionalism. Poor Communication. Had an attitude based off of the loans I was interested in. Perked up when I told him I was already prequalified and what my credit score was. Does not like educated buyers asking questions. Do not recommend at all, there are so many other options for lenders in Oregon why waste you time on him in this market?

  Hello Albert, I would like to start by apologizing for any perceived attitude you felt I had, that was certainly not my intention. The type of loan of which you were requesting information is one of the most difficult loans to obtain due to the fact that we need to be able to collect all of your information and run it on the agency's website who backs the loan. This process is a bit more complicated and time consuming than approval for other loan products. When you informed me of your pre-approval for this type of loan I was encouraged as that would be one less hurdle to jump through. I do also need to apologize, after going back through my emails it appears I missed an email from you where you thanked me for my time and had a few additional questions.   Erin Patterson is as good as they get. He has a work ethic that’s unreal! Erin gives 150% to the job and is super creative in finding what’s best for his client. Highly recommend this guy if you are looking for a superb experience.
