  I emailed Eric recently because I heard that rates might be low and I wanted to know about refinancing. We discussed rates and what would make it worth refinancing. The rates weren't quite low enough when we first spoke, but he had me fill out paperwork anyways so we could lock in a rate at any point when they did drop enough. This was exceedingly helpful and got me a great rate on my refinance. Everything went quickly and smoothly with Eric. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

  Eric is excellent! I have used him for 3 different transactions over the years and he has always been great. He easily explains complicated financial matters in terms that anyone can understand. He is incredibly patient and gracious. Our last transaction was really complicated and he continually went above and beyond to answer our seemingly never-ending questions and worked hard to make sure we got the best deal.

  I had a lot of anxiety about financing since my purchase was clearly a unique and nuanced situation. Eric’s experience and professionalism was clear from the beginning and the emotional roller-coaster I was expecting turned out to be a pleasant experience. I never felt like we were out of options with Eric. He seemed to always have several options ready for any situation. He took the time to explain things to me when I needed but otherwise continually worked and kept me up to date if I was busy. I can’t recommend Eric enough.
