  Shawnda was wonderful to me over the phone working through the loan process. She made it very easy to understand. The appointment went really well. She answered all my questions. She was incredibly nice and respectful and I'm so grateful for her help. 5 star service all the way !!!

  Shawnda was awesome! She was patient and explained everything so well! I needed some extra money to fix my water heater, I am so glad they could help me, the process was simple and Shawnda the manager was very friendly, and helpful! Would use them again!

  Absolutely the best place to go for your title loans. Not only is this a great place to go but Shawnda and Colin are the nicest people you will ever deal with. They truly care about helping you and making sure you understand every detail of your loan.

  For people who just don't have the credit to get a traditional loan or the cash to get a security blanket Illinois Title loan is what I would recommend when in a bind. Things happen and right now in this unprecedented time if your credit is low you may as well say goodbye to anything you own. Shaunda was very great and professional and I recommend people to go see her if in a bind. Yes the interest rate on these subprime loans are outrageous but it's the price you pay for past unstable financial decisions. I recommend with these types of loans to not take out an amount you can't pay back with one paycheck. But overall I was very grateful for the loan in my time of need.

  Shawnda is very professional and went above my expectations. I was pleased to know they take out of state titles. I would recommend calling Shawnda for any short term cash emergencies, or to give your loved ones an extra special holiday gift!

  Would not have been able to pay my light bill if it wasn't for their quick and easy service that they provide. I am overly thankful for Collin. Who helped me without judgement. I would recommend to anyone who needs a little boost to get over a rough patch.

  Harrassment before auto payment even comes out. And now just paid $560 and 4 days later they take another $140out of my bank after I already made the payment. Yeah never again. Paying this off and will never use again. Dont use these people they are liars and thieves.

  They like to harrass you with phone calls before your payment is due.. Along with emails.. End up changing phone number.. High interests and charges on title loans. Never again... Money doesn't rain when its convenient on terms of ripping people off.. Get a real job crooks..
