  One word NICOLE ☑️Literally visited this location. At 8:30am, the line was wrapped all the way to the entrance and when I tell you all she worked 3-4 Windows BY HERSELF. We were amazed. We got out of there very quick. She did an excellent job. NOW ON the other hand; she should not be working alone ESPECIALLY DURING the TAX season. Management should be ashamed; she worked extremely hard and no one should be stretched thin.

  They have the worst customers service I have experienced in a while, I will be filing a former complaint against the cashier that waited on me today since the manager Nicole didn't handle it ! I went there today to get my money order & the cashier forgot to gave me my change because she mess up my money order which Nicole had to redo & I left out & realized she didn't give me my change & went back up there I don't care if it was a dollar its my money but the young lady had a attitude because I came back for my money!!! And started talking crazy to me about my money when all she had to do was hand me my money but no, she had to make a scene in a crowded place. Where she needed to be heard & not seen very unprofessional.... Yes I will be contacting upper management her behavior is unacceptable ....

  Always Slow. 1 worker. The other ladies come in randomly. System always down. Everytime I come up here it's something wrong. Average wait time 15-20 mins. Don't expect to be in and out because you'll be waiting for nothing after they tell you " Our system is down"

  They never open on time, too busy getting McDonald's and Dunkin Donuts I guess, the black females are extremely rude.

  Went to the website and listed under services was credit card cash advance got to the store and I was told that they didn't do cash advances wasted time and gas.

  It was 650 went to go pay a bill told me it was closed but she was attending someone and doors where open lazy and bad service
