  I wish I could give Michael and his team more than 5 stars because they are worth a billion! I never would’ve thought I would become a home owner or even qualify. Guaranteed Financial has one of the best teams. I have heard horror stories from other buyers about other lenders and I’m glad my experience was very positive. I felt very at ease with Guaranteed Financial. After several hiccups and having to start over multiple times I cannot thank Michael and Liz enough for their patience.   As a first time home buyer, as well as a first time landlord, Jonathan was amazing to work with. From our initial discussions, reviewing properties, and the lending process Jonathan was extremely knowledgable, available and proactive in making sure we were informed home buyers. He kept us in the loop and was able to lock in an amazing rate during a very crazy month and our real estate attorney was blown away by the lender credit he was able to obtain. He even coached us on our approach to buy a two flat and made us both feel a lot more confident. His team was also responsive and helpful in anything we needed.   Jonathan Ortega saved the day for me. My loan with another lender fell through 24 hours before closing! Jonathan stepped in and pushed everyone on his team to make things happen. In just three weeks I closed on my new home! Not sure how he did it, but from a new appraisal to the keys to my new home, in three weeks.   Three months ago I started the process to buy a house, with a mortgage broker which gave me a lot of headache and was about to lose the closing of the house, I decided to look for another mortgage, and a friend recommended me to Michael Proch from Guaranteed Financial so Michael took it upon himself to help me get the loan in just two weeks he made the closing of my new house possible. Michael is the best, he was always in contact with me, as well as the lawyer and the sales agent.
