Joy Pickering was our agent and she was amazing!! She was so knowledgeable and put our minds at ease with our choices. The building is beautiful and very clean.   I , hardly ever write a review , although I felt compelled to after Lisa Garrett, basically was my "personnel agent" on May 9th . I was closing on an investment property the following day. It dawned on me , I might need proof of insurance during closing. I contacted IKE's S.F. , whom I've been w/ for 17 years, insuring my home, cars & boats , and luckily (for me) Lisa picked up the call . I was a bit freaked out , I had waited 1 day before closing . Lisa wasn't , she took the bull by the horns . She lowered my heart rate considerably insuring we can make this work. I followed her instructions , by the end of the day , like she had told me , "we'll get you covered". Lisa pulled it off @ 5:01 that evening , she made it happen . i was / am so grateful for her dedication / commitment / the "can-do" attitude / customer service is a dying breed , in my opinion , however Lisa Garrett gave me back the faith , along w/ S.F. HOME INSURANCE . . .I still owe you a cake ! Dempsey A. HSV
