Zach Gunsch1I have had an auto loan through IHMVCU for about a year now. 8 months into my loan, my payment date changed with no notification. They had moved it 6 days sooner than the previous 8 months. I also got double charged for that month and called to get this sorted out. After 30 minutes of waiting on the phone, a very nice man answered and said he would get the payment date changed and provide me a refunded on the double charge. Here I am 4 months later and I still have not got my payment date changed and I never saw that refund. I called today to get this corrected (again) and the lady was very kind, she said she has gotten the payment date corrected. She then proceeded to hang up the phone while I was mid sentence. Time to look for a new bank!

Zachary Harris1I've been banking here 22 years. This company has gone way down hill. If you need customer service help, be prepared to wait on hold for 15+ minutes and then have to explain your situation multiple times to their rep before you're transferred to someone that knows IH's system well enough to help you with your problem. Their business system doesn't work as well as it did a few years ago. Neither does their online banking. Their level of customer service has diminished significantly as well over that same span. If you're looking to open a business or personal account, do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.

Katie McAteer1I’ve left a negative review once, but I think it’s time for another. I returned a call this morning after a voicemail I had gotten. They proceeded to tell me they have tons of missed payments from me, which I have emailed receipts of all my payments. The lady (who was super rude and had an attitude with me) proceeded to tell me I have not paid my monthly payment for the month of April (which I have!) so now I owe two payments, April and May. Which I also paid May! And have emailed receipts! Every time I’ve talked to an employee they tell me I’m late and need to pay it. My money doesn’t grow on trees. So inconsiderate. I can’t even explain my frustration and anger I have with this bank. Shouldn’t even be a credit union. I’ve had enough. Going to try to switch my lender because THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

Tracy L4Love the employees at the W. Kimberly branch. Valerie has always taken great care to help me with any issues that I needed help with. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the amount of time it takes waiting on the phone to get help. Wait time is so long most of the time I call with a question.

Talisha Matje3Called for the simplest question EVER. Waited for the phone to be answered for over 20 minutes on a Tuesday at 2pm. Not a typically busy day or hour. I've recently switched to this bank from another and have never waited longer than 5 minutes to get an answer to a phone call. I apparently just have high expectations. On a positive note, the woman who answered was nice and even patient even though I was obviously annoyed by how long I'd been on hold for. I don't understand why calls have to go to a specific branch instead of ringing at all branches for the first person available to answer calls. That's how my last bank did it.

Lisa M5Lobby lines are usually long but move fairly quick. The tellers are always so helpful and friendly! Been banking with IHMVCU for over 25 years!!!

Lashanna Dixon1I don't know what's worse McDonald's ice cream machine or their card machine. Yeah, it's my fault that I misplaced my card again, but this is the second time I've come to the location in a year or time and their card machine is down the last time it took like five days for me to get in the card.

Thaddius Mertens1Payed more in interest on my car loan than the principle. Will never use them again. Its compounded daily btw. Very annoying to make payments on the account and only half gets applied. When I called to ask about it, staff seemed annoyed I was asking. Wont be opening any new accounts with them.

Form Swift1worst bank i have ever used their customer care is trash and so is the mobile app 10/10 so not recomend use a diffrent bank if i could give half a star i would thats how bad they are
