  Ian and his team made our home buying process very easy. It was definitely a breath of fresh air being as though we had a not so great experience with another lender. The difference in customer service was quite clear. I'm glad we made the switch. Communication was excellent, we were never left feeling lost. No matter when we called Ian always took the time to answer our questions. He was very patient with us. He's definitely a great teacher, he will leave you with knowledge about the home buying process that you can take with you for the rest of your life. Five stars all across the board.

  Ian Stockman and the Stockman team went above and beyond helping me purchase my first home. Being the first homeowner in my family I had nobody to lean on in this task. Also I am African-American descent and felt no discrimination at all.Ian guided me the whole way like the bumpers on a bowling alley lane I wasn’t going to fail. Seriously though from start to finish with my credit to the payments even taxes and my lifestyle sustainability after the purchase was Guided. I’m a mobile person so everything was done digitally the way I like it as far as signing documents and sending in documents it was very convenient. If you’re looking for a great mortgage lender for a big purchase the biggest purchase, a first time purchase, refinance or whatever it has to do with mortgages Ian is your guy. Today I referred my sister to him and she just got her preapproval letter and she’s out looking for her home. Thanks again for helping out our family every step of the way. .

  As a first time home buyer, there was a lot I did now know . Ian and his team did their best to break things down into understandable terms while also making sure we did not miss any details or deadlines. We had an accelerated closing process and Ian kept up and ensured everything went smoothly. Ian made us feel comfortable and taken care of. Definitely recommend his services !

I worked with Ian Stockman and his team. from the minute I spoke with Ian about my intention to purchase my first home till the closing date, the level of care, attention to detail, and professionalism demonstrated by Ian Stockman and team far surpassed my expectations.   Ian is amazing! He has an amazing team of people who are extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. You will not be disappointed. All promises were kept. My deadline to close was on time. They were easy to contact via email, or telephone call. They even have an easy website to upload your documents. I really appreciate Ian. Everything ran so smoothly. I felt calm and reassured that my loan would go through. Every number was accurate. Thank you so much.

  Ian and his team were excellent to work with. Ian is extremely knowledgeable and helped me through each step of the home buying process as a first time homebuyer. Any time I had a question, either Ian or someone from his team were able to answer it, or get back to me promptly with an answer. Ian and the Stockman team is extremely professional, and cares about their clients. Ian presented me with all of my options, and put my best interests first. Before meeting with Ian and the Stockman team, I thought home buying would be a daunting process. However, we completed a 30-day FHA Loan close smoothly and with no issues. Definitely recommend!
