  Good finance company a lot of different ways to send in the payments. The interest rate was great. I would recommend it the only thing I have to mention it's the lack of customer service help. Every time I had to make a call they would always either mention *it’s not even 10:00 am and you are asking for too much* or Dolores said that she needed to remind me that she is the one that owns that car and not me* It's a lot of sassy older ladies behind the phone and you kinda have to walk on eggshells and not get them upset I didn't enjoy that at all Thankfully for my last payment I spoke with Cece and it was a better experience. Try to find a good agent when calling or ask for Cece.

  This company is awesome! I have financed 3 vehicles in my years and IAC customer service is outstanding! Dolores and her team Phyllis Shnyder has helped me during the years in accomodating me when I needed a payment due date change, payment reminders etc.. They also answer my emails very quickly and requests when needed and it is very easy to make payments on line. They are very professional and pleasant to work with. I will definitely give them a call on my next car/truck financing. Thank you IAC ❤😊

  I want to thank Phyllis for all of her help. I was in an accident a little over a month ago and she has gone above and beyond with helping me. Her working at the bank, she didn't need to help me make calls to insurance companies or make phone calls checking on me, but she did. As we wait to see if my car is a total loss she has also helped me with letting me know of cars that are available for me. I'm so grateful for all of her help...she sounds like she's a tough cookie but she's got an amazing heart! Thank you Phyllis...for all of your help. You are an asset to this business!!!

  Obviously we all have been impacted with covid and what ever other personal issues one can face, however IAC credit has worked with me and have gone above and beyond to be flexible when financial hardships have been apart of my case. Phyllis is hands down a pleasure to speak with on the phone and she always asks how I’m doing and is willing to help work with me on what ever I have needed. Auto loans are stressful but my experience has been nothing but wonderful. They understand that we are all human and face issues and when they take the time to just ask how work is or how life is going it shows how much they truly care! Thank you Phyllis for all you continue to do for me!!!

  I found IAC very accomodating. I needed a payment due date change and it was no problem at all. They also answer emails very quickly and it is easy to make payments on line. The only negative is that there is a fee to pay on line. Everyone I dealt with was professional and pleasant.
