  I would say I’m a seasoned investor, I own several dozen properties across Philly. I have worked with the same lenders flipping properties for the better part of a decade but felt it was necessary to end the relationship. To be frank, I was nervous going into a deal with these younger guys, but I tell you they know their stuff. I have a few deals with them now and I am happy to say I’m sticking with them.

  I did my research before going with ifc. I looked into numerous fix and flip lenders all over Philadelphia.
