  I am happy I chose to work with Alex and his team. They were very proactive and on top of everything that would be needed to get the deal closed on time. Alex was patient in explaining every detail of the transaction which made me feel comfortable in understanding what I was signing the day of closing.   As a realtor is very hard to find a good team of professionals that are going to work on your client’s side to make the transaction successful. After working with different lenders and mortgage brokers, and having some bad experiences I finally found Alexander, he was able to make a purchase possible, even when most of the other lenders told me “you won’t close with that seller”. We have work together helping clients and fighting for them to get the best results possible. I recommend 100% to work with Alexander, it means trust, security and peace of mind.   Alex definitely SAVED my first home purchase. I was about to close with a different lender when they “suddenly” discovered that the HOA and developer were in a pending litigation over a minor issue. This happens all the time, but instead of investigating the matter, the lender simply wouldn’t accept the building after weeks of preparation. So now I had 20 days left before I permanently moved to Miami, and I had to restart the whole loan process. Thanks to a reference, I found Alex. In a matter of days, I transferred over every document and the building was approved. Alex simply called the association, asked about the litigation, and the bank had no issue since this wouldn’t affect any buyers. Alex was always professional, extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable about the loan process. He would go to bat for me if any issues came up along the way, and he saved me money by reusing the appraisal report from the first lender. He was available no matter what time or day of the week, and he even showed up to my closing after business hours just to finally introduce himself in person. I wish more professionals and businesses conducted themselves as Alex does. I would 100% recommend his services to anyone.
