  I love working with the Financial Triangle team. I've worked with many, many different people in the mortgage industry and they are the best in terms of knowledge, expertise, professionalism AND customer experience.   Triangle family is working on client's best interest and perform professionally . During 2014~2018, over 95% of my client applications are approved and closed successfully and fluently. My review turn time on preparing application files is in 1~2 business days.   Please stay away from them. Yi tian will pick up your phone the first time you call her. After she got everything from you. She will disappear for 20 days. You call her or email her, you will respond you 20 days later. Horrible horrible!
