  Bought my very first car right from this place. I love my brand new Tucson. Working with Tommie made my car buying experience very pleasant and easy. I would most definitely recommend Hyundai of New Bern. Not only are they a pleasure to work with but also they care about what you care about.

  I couldn't be happier with the 2017 Hyundai Sonata (RED!!) that I just purchased from Hyundai of New Bern. I was dreading the expected hassle of looking for a car but I can guarantee you that the salesman and the manager at Hyundai of New Bern are top-notch. No high-pressure. No arm-twisting. They just showed me cars and answered questions and I left there a very satisfied customer. Tommie Jones was my sales person and he was A_1!!. Kevin, the manager, came out to meet us and then stayed at his desk until we needed him for questions. The place was great and I highly recommend it. What buying a car should be like!   I have purchased four Hyundai’s from Hyundai of New Bern and this latest purchase was above and beyond. Tommie cares about his customers and was never pushy when talking with us. He listened to what I wanted, what payments I could handle and was able to help me find a great deal. He has checked on me since. Annika was absolutely a gem when filling out paperwork. What was quoted to me was what I ended up paying and nothing was hidden. The people who crunched numbers for us found great deals for us. We will probably never buy from another dealership. Can’t beat that powertrain warranty!

  I do not own a Hyundai but the wife does. The sevice staff there is top notch, no run arounds or BS from those guys. Straight forward and friendly, it was like talking to good friends or family.

  If you want to pay much more than you should, be told you're wrong about your car choices, and be lied to then this is the place to go. I ended up getting my car from the Hyundai dealership in Fayetteville because, unlike New Bern, they were honest, friendly, and helpful. The only person I spoke to at the Hyundai Of New Bern dealership that wasn't as rude was Amber. Everyone else just seems like they're out to get you and your money. They don't care about you, not one bit, so be careful if you do decide to come here. They'll say they'll work with your prices just to get you in the door. But once you're in, they don't really work with you at all. They just tell you you're wrong about what you want. Very disappointing. I'm just glad I went with my gut and went elsewhere. I got the car I was interested in but at a much better price.

  Have been to this dealership twice during different car shopping periods. Both times we found a car I loved just for them to be rediculous when it came time to finance. Seemed as if the amount we were putting down wasn’t even changing the total for the loan. They just seemed very sketchy. The salesmen are great but the finance team is terrible and they will not negotiate on price.
