  Went in to set up new accounts and transfer money. We are new customers and needed some help. Madison Robert's, Personal Banker, assisted us in establishing the accounts we needed to open. Madison was VERY helpful, professional and a pleasure to work with. If we need assistance in the future, we will be sure to ask for her.

  This bank is way better than Washington branch. The woman at the window is always nice.

  They working environment, from what i can observe, is great. But, having an account there can be a but risky. I know of people including myself, a family member, as well as a close friend who had an account there and some kind of fraudulent act occurred. They do pay you back, but like my close friend he had over 2,000$ taken and they only reimbursed for less than 1,000. Not only that afterwards the problem persisted, so he had to go to another back all together. Done people have had positive experiences, but its a risk I'm not willing to take again.

  This bank and it's people are the worst type of thieves. Never again will a penny of mine pass through the hands of this bank.
