  We are out of state investors and needed a loan to purchase a property in Florida. When we reached out to a number of banks in our area, some did not respond immediately or did not offer loans to purchase properties from out of state. Frustrated, we reached out to Ron and he was able to connect us with a bank immediately. The loan processor was amazing. She seamlessly navigated us through the whole process. We highly recommend Ron and his team. He is very professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and down to earth. He responds promptly to your emails and never leaves you hanging. Should we need financing in the future, we will definitely use Ron again.
