      You need to get the training better for your drive up tellers, Taylor really needs to get customer service training, incredible how attitudes are infectious! The manager of this branch is such a sweet lady I really appreciate her and the other staff at this branch have all been so kind and caring. This is the best bank to use they offer great products and the fact that it’s open 7 days a week is unlike no other bank institution.

      Rude manager working here today came in to get my documents notarized and she didn’t want to do it; how are you a notary if you don’t speak another language your just as pointless as a worker especially with your customer service. RUDE!

      I have never experienced such bad customer service at a drive up window. I have been banking with TD bank for many years, both personally and with my Business. She was so rude didn't take care of me at all ripped up my deposit slip when I asked for it back and gave me a condescending have a nice day twice!! Seriously so disappointed in TD Bank and by the way she said my total was off for my deposit but surprise she was wrong!!

      Specified Location Complaint Against: select Complaint Detail / Problem Complaint Type: Service Issues Problem: I went through the process of getting a refinance for my loan. This process started in early January 2020. The mortgage broker Robert Galucci assured me that it was an easy process and it would go smoothly. I was locked in on an interest rate of 3.625. He did not call me often regarding the loan process as I had to frequently call him. I also spoke to Adriana Galindo several times who was not helpful in the least bit. She did not respond to my phone calls or emails in a timely manner. The whole thing was a nightmare. Robert promised me that this loan would go through whether it be processed as a conventional loan or a portfolio loan. Robert assured me that we are close to closing and the CD would be arriving via email any day. This went on for a week straight. He told me to pay off all my credit cards which I did and he told me that would work to process the loan. All my credit cards were paid off. Then he told me that I had to bring $30,000 to the closing and I agreed I would. Then I had to proof my existing job is a permanent position and prove that my stipend was weekly. After completing all of this work and 2 months later I receive a statement of denial through email from a woman named Tracy Sloan who I never spoke to before. . I did not even a phone call from Robert or Adriana. So now my loan is denied due to debt to income ratio but I was promised all along that all my finances looked good to be approved for this loan. I am out 400$ for the appraisal and all the time wasted on getting my loan refinanced. This has really caused my husband and I a lot of mental anguish through this whole process.       Worst bank in USA. And this branch is horrible too. I have been 2 years with td. Started with a big amount of money .And I have high salary too And they declined any kind of credit cart. I even. Try to put money from me as a secure credit and they declined it as well they didn’t till me that will hurt my credit they keeped on applying . So finally. I changed my bank. And the other bank gave me a credit cart in the same week I opened the account with them. So sad that I wasted 2 years with td bank if I didn’t go there my credit score was very high now.they wasted 2 years. any person that need to build or be with a good bank don’t ever go to td. 1 star is to much for them . Looking forward to close my account ASAP

      This Bank has zero concern about customers. They have "convenient hours" not enough tellers, long lines, nobody available to discuss account options. Can't help you on the phone. This is basically Somewhere to cash a check so you dont pay higher fees at check cashing places, other than that same customer service as cashing your check at the local corner store.

      I Have been with TD Bank since day one, after they purchased the Commerce Bank. I have had only positive experiences. Would never change it to another bank !
