  We bought a used 04 Ford F-250 on 5/21/19 and at first everything seemed fine. In their defense I was made aware that we were buying the vehicle “As-is” and that their was no warranty, however, I at least expect the vehicle would be safe. Nevertheless, 6 days later on 5/27/19 I’m coming down the interstate and attempt to hit the brakes and my pedal goes completely to the floor. I nearly get into a multi-car accident not to mention the danger my wife and 4 kids were put in. To make matters worse when I contacted the dealership and spoke to Mike who sold me the vehicle he basically said there was nothing he could do and that there was nothing he could do. I really can’t believe that a huge dealership like this one are selling vehicles that brake down in less than a week. Please take this warning and DO NOT BUY USED VEHICLES FROM THIS PLACE !!

  We leased a 2015 Buick Enclave from Hyatt. The staff was excellent. The found the exact car we wanted and had it shipped in. It was hard to find but they did it. It was ready to go when we arrived. The financing was easy and they gave us a great deal on our trade ins. Everything was done to make us happy and they accomplished that with easy. We couldn't be happier with our new vehicle and with the people we worked with. We will definitely go back to Hyatt when we are looking for a new vehicle again and would recommend everyone to go to this dealership when needing a new or used vehicle.

  This is not a complaint just a word of warning to future buyers. I recently went to the dealership to possibly purchase a car. I walked out with a leased car. I did not feel that we were counseled on the lease and being a buyer of an age I did not know what I was getting into. I was asked to sign papers that were not explained and I could not read. The website says that they have financial counseling. No other options were offered once I inquired about a lease as an option.Had I know more I would have paid cash for the car. Now I am paying for three years with a big payment at the end if I want the car. I was trading a 2011 car which should have indicated that we keep a well maintained car for a long time. I’ll just call it live and learn.

  On vacation in MYRTLE beach this week and had fuel injector issues. Service department worked me in and had my truck back to me in less than 24 hours. Running perfectly. Big Thank you to Dennis and the service technicians.

  Jeremy was very helpful working with us in getting us into the vehicle we wanted at an excellent price. He was very professional, and we didn't feel any pressure often associated with car purchases. He just worked with us to get us the deal with which we were both satisfied. Excellent experience.   I just arrived to Myrtle Beach SC, where I'll be relocated for about a year. As soon as I arrived my trucks service engine soon light came on. I took my vehicle to Hyatt GMC, an authorized dealership, and the service department couldn't have been more accommodating, friendly and extremely knowledgable (hard to find a good diesel mechanic). They diagnosed the problem and got the parts shipped asap and it runs like new again. I will continue to use their service department and if I decide to trade my vehicle in on a new one I will defiantly work with this dealership. I highly recommend!

  I have bought two cars from hyatt. The sales people were excellent. I had no pressure at all. I bring both of my cars in for service. The staff are always polite and keep me informed on the progress of my car. They are both warm and friendly. I recommended three people to them, they also bought cars and are very pleased with Hyatt . keep up the good work Tony

  Made an appointment for 1pm to have an oil change. I came in at 12:45pm. At 1:45 when I went to inquire how much longer it would be, I saw my truck still sitting there untouched. I made an appointment so I wouldnt have to wait for hours. Not very happy and sorry I wasted my busy afternoon. I will take my business elsewhere and wont buy another vehicle from there!!!
