  Working with this company made my first time home buying experience super easy and I recommend ABC Mortgage to anyone. After beginning the process of buying my home I had a couple road blocks, but they went about their way to help me figure out how to overcome the challenges. I recommended a friend of mine who wanted to refinance their home and she was very pleased with how fast they were able to complete her paperwork. Angie was amazing to work with and was full of knowledge. Scott was very helpful and you could tell that the both of them loved what they were doing which made the experience easy. This was by far the easiest investment only because of Angie and Scott!

  In my quest to find a mortgage professional I researched dozens of Myrtle Beach brokers, all of whom claimed to be "VA specialists," but none, I repeat NONE, answered my questions as thoroughly, patiently, and professionally as Scott and Angie, all of this before even applying for a mortgage. It's simple: ABC is a juggernaut. To illustrate just how effective and professional Scott and Angie are, please consider my tale: I'm recently remarried, with respectable credit, and in possession of the VA home loan. One would think that this would incentivize mortgage brokers to take me seriously as a customer, but my initial experiences with other brokers were anything but helpful. Not only did Scott help my wife and I understand the entire purchase process, but in LESS THAN A WEEK qualified us for a purchase, recommended a supreme real estate agent (who was incredible), and educated us prior to making our purchase...all from 3,000 miles away. When you engage in business with ABC, you are joining a team of professionals who absolutely deliver on all fronts; courtesy, professionalism, and dedication are one thing, but the knowledge, patience, and sheer skills of Scott are unmatched. Since purchasing our home, we have engaged Scott for a refinance and again he delivered, obtaining an incredible rate and explaining every facet of the process. Don't even consider seeking another mortgage professional. Say "yes!" to ABC, and they will say yes to you!

  My fiancee and I were ready to buy our first home, but we had no clue where to begin. Luckily, we got the number to ABC Mortgage from an agent we met at an open house, and we were told to ask for Angie. She took our information and told us what we needed to do so we could be pre-approved. Scott did a great job with explaining everything when we had questions via phone or email, and the staff always made us feel welcomed anytime we visited the office. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.

  I couldn't ask for better service than I got with ABC Mortgage! Everyone worked tirelessly to get me the best home loan for me. They were always available to answer questions or just give me guidance/support when I needed it. The entire staff are so professional and friendly, too. I can't say enough how highly I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home loan. Scott is very knowledgeable with different loan options and is always willing to provide education regarding the loan process. Scott, Angie, Teresa and Shivaun all take great care of their customers!

  My wife and I felt very much like we were back burner clients. I know they have much larger, higher paying customers (bigger fish to fry) and it felt like it. Getting calls back was extremely difficult, though they were nice once we spoke with someone. Angie was great to work with. Even our closing was hectic as ABC gave our realtor, then in turn, us, the wrong address. We are extremely punctual people and being late to our closing was embarrassing. I would not recommend ABC, we have family who will be buying here in Conway (and anyone else for that matter I come in contact with in the home buying process) I will suggest another broker.

  Being from Canada it was a bit more difficult to get a mortgage in the USA but ABC mortgage came through for us and helped us tremendously. I can not say enough about the people whom work there as they are very diligent and helpful. Angie, Scott and Emily were excellent to deal with and went out of their way to help us. Thank you very much!

  I just closed my home loan with ABC Mortgage Company and I cannot tell you enough how great they were to work with. Scott, Beth, and Angie were amazing!   I have just closed on my home. I am thankful that someone recommended ABC Mortgage to me. Beth, Angie, and Scott were always so kind. It felt like I had known them forever. They were so patient with ALL my questions and very prompt at returning phone calls or replying to emails. They made certain all i's were dotted and t's were crossed so that everything would go perfectly. I cannot say enough about good about Scott, Beth, and Angie at ABC Mortgage.   I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a mortgage. I left a message on their website on a weekend regarding a home equity loan, got a call back at 9:10 Monday morning and today, just 2 weeks later, I closed!!! Professional, courteous and on top of everything. I would recommend contacting ABC Mortgage Company before you even think about calling anyone else.
