  Charlie Wilson and Dan McCarval are truly the most honest and helpful people I’ve ever worked with. Made my whole buying experience the easiest and most pleasant I’ve ever had the pleasure of having. Dans made me completely understand what I was doing and Charlie knew everything and I mean everything about my grand Cherokee. I was out in like 2 hours and would recommend all my family and friends and hell even people who I didn’t know. True gentleman and made me feel completely comfortable with my payment. Thank you Charlie and Dan you are members of my inner circle now.   Jonathan Hernandez is quite possibly the worst salesperson I ever encountered. He refused to let me test drive a Ram truck, and stated it was because I would never be able to afford it, so why bother spinning the wheels and that we should talk numbers first. When I responded why talk numbers before test driving, because I could end up hating the truck after driving it he just continued that it didn’t matter because he still believed I couldn’t afford it. All of this followed me walking around the dealership for 10 minutes while not even being asked if I’m being helped by Jonathan, who sat at his desk browsing his phone for the entire time in close proximity. Without a doubt the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had.

  I live upstate and while visiting my mom on LI, the check engine light came on. I chose this Chrysler dealership for service because their service advisor Randy Arnegger listened to me when I tried to make an appointment. I needed to go back home and couldn’t extend my stay. Randy got me in at 7 am 3 days later, held my hand thru the whole process and made sure my Jeep was capable of making the 5 hour trip home. The professional treatment yet understanding of Randy will never be forgotten and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this service department if you need something done. Thank you kind sir, you are a credit to your company.

  Huntington Jeep is great. For both my brakes and my "U" joint the mechanic showed me the parts that were defective on my Jeep and explained what they needed to be replaced. The help desk is nice and friendly. They referred me to a good pizza shop to eat lunch at while I waited. I highly recommend them.

  Just bought my 5th Jeep, a 2019 Wrangler Rubicon from Huntington Jeep and couldn’t have asked for a more seamless, 5 star experience. Koran the manager and Pete my salesperson answered all my questions and found the perfect Jeep to fit my needs. I couldn’t be happier with it and would highly recommend Huntington Jeep!!!!   Just had an amazing service experience with John Byers Jr!!!! His attention to detail and his work ethic are top notch. While my vehicle is 10 years old every time I take it to John Byers Jr, it feels brand new.   I worked with Ed Bailey to buy a new car. The entire time he was very patient, and cared about helping me get the right car that was the best fit for me, unlike other dealerships that push you to make a sale. Being a very indecisive person, most people would not be as patient!
